Christy MacColl, Broker
A graduate of Lincoln High School, Christy MacColl earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at Stanford University in 2000. Christy excelled as a scholarship Division I Track & Field athlete and also in the classroom where she was named to the Pac-10 All-Academic Team all four years. After honing her business skills as a marketing manager at Danner and LaCrosse Footwear, in 2007, Christy partnered with her mother, Claudia McNeil, and joined her established real estate practice. She has been awarded the Portland Monthly Magazine’s “Five Star Real Estate” award every year since its inception in 2011 and also holds an Earth Advantage S.T.A.R. Certification. Christy enjoys participating in and spectating at any sport event, trying the many delicious restaurants in the flourishing Portland food scene, and most importantly, spending time with her three young children.

Carrie Gross, Principal Broker
Carrie Gross brings a unique aspect to the team as she had a specialized teaching background before entering real estate. After earning a Masters of Education at the University of Oregon she went on to teach special education and general education for nine years at the elementary level in California’s Piedmont and San Bruno School Districts. After eight years in California, Carrie knew that her heart and her home were back in Portland. She continued teaching in Portland for another year then went on to join her sister, Christy MacColl, in 2012 and has been thriving ever since. With her focused background in teaching and her experience in real estate, Carrie loves to combine her abilities to help her clients achieve their real estate goals. In her free time, you can see Carrie running the trails or playing with her two little kids at the park.
Claudia Lacey McNeil, Founding Partner
1950 - 2017
Claudia Lacey McNeil was the founding partner of our real estate team and the proud mother of Christy and Carrie. In 2017 she passed away after a courageous battle with ALS. Claudia was a vibrant, energetic, and compassionate person who provided a wealth of knowledge and was our biggest cheerleader. Her professional expertise, from 20 years in the banking industry and 20+ years of real estate laid the foundation to support our clients through their real estate endeavors.
